Shipping
For our shipments we use Correos España with the certified letter method with which we will provide you with a tracking number of the package, allowing you to follow its journey.
Order preparation delays can range from 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the complexity of the design you have chosen. Once the bag is made, the estimated delay is as follows:
Spain: 2-5 days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
If you think that the delivery delay is excessive, do not hesitate to write to us and we will follow up on the status of your package:
Returns & Exchanges
Our main objective is that you are completely satisfied with your Reliée, we make our bags by hand with great dedication and love so that they become essential in your wardrobe.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of reception for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with the labels attached. Once we retrieve the item and check its status, refund will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
Unfortunately, beyond these 14 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
