Free repair service during the first year
If your Reliée bag has any issues, simply send us an email at inforelieestudio@gmail.com along with some photos of the damaged item, and we'll take care of the repair. We stand behind all our products with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Just keep in mind, this warranty doesn't extend to damages resulting from negligence, improper care, accidents, or regular wear and tear. Should your item run into any trouble related to materials or craftsmanship, we'll handle the repair or replacement at no extra charge. And if you're in Barcelona, we offer fixed-rate repair services even beyond the warranty period.
